Responsibilities to:-
- Provide sales support to the sales team.
- Assist to handle Export & Import Documentation
- Responsible for all import / export documentation and preparing bill of lading, NOA, certificates etc.
- Liaise with customer / forwarding agent for shipment and container status via email, telephone, fax.
- Handling documentation with proper procedures of import and export.
- Attend customer & overseas agent inquiries timely & accordingly.
- Billing and invoice delivery to customer to avoid un-necessary delay in payment.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma and above
- At least 6 months experience as a Customer Service Logistic (Sea-freight)
- Fresh grades are encourage to apply
- Able to use computer
- Able to communicate English well
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
