Assisting Inventory Manager on a day-to-day operation as below

  • Receiving and processing purchase orders.
  • Issuing sales transaction invoices.
  • Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
  • Preparation of quotations, ensuring the completed quotation has all the correct and required information before the quotes are passed to the salesperson.
  • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
  • Compiling daily sales reports related to invoices.
  • Compiling daily / monthly sales reports related to inventory management.
  • Diploma or relevant working experience
  • Familiarity with logistics and inventory management software and basic Microsoft Office.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members, suppliers, and customers.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in logistics or admin functions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
