Customer Service Representative - Mandarin Speaker
Key Responsibilities:
-Handle customer inquiries via emails only .
-Resolve payment issues and provide accurate billing assistance.
-Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
-Maintain customer records and update databases as needed.
-Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth issue resolution.
-Deliver excellent customer service while meeting performance targets.
Requirements:
-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
-Ability to read & write Mandarin fluently.Strong problem-solving skills, especially with payment-related concerns.
-Age 20 to 40 years old.capable of handling payment-related issues.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM3,900.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
