What does a Warehouse Customer Service Officer job description include?
· Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operation by initiating coordinating, and enforcing program, operational and personal policies and procedures.
· Complies with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirement by study existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements, advising management on needed actions including ‘bonded warehouse’.
· Handles Customer’s complaint and ensure recovery action is taken promptly and appropriately
· Liaise with clients, suppliers, and transporter on operation coordination.
· Continuous review of procedures, processes, and systems in achieving optimum quality and efficiency.
· Good rapport with customers to create more business opportunities for the Company.
· Provide weekly & monthly reports to customers.
· Assist with or perform administrative tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
