Position : Mandarin customer service
Location: KL (near Ampang Park)
Salary Range: RM 3000-4000
Working Hours: 9am-6pm & 1:30-10:30pm (Night shift 10pm-6am (once a month- around 7 days, work from home for night shift, with Rm150 allowance/ night)
Job Responsibilities :
- Assist customers in registering, transferring, renewing, or managing domain names.
- Resolve issues related to hosting services, email configurations, and SSL certificates.
- Provide step-by-step guidance on setting up websites or managing accounts.
- Help customers update account information, payment methods, and security settings.
- Process refunds, cancellations, and account upgrades when requested.
Requirement :
- Preferably with 1 year relevant experience
- Mandarin speaker
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
