Job Description

• Working Hours: 5.5 days, Mon – Fri (8.30am – 5.30pm), Sat (8.30am – 12.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising sales operations and coordinate all sales activities within the organization.
• Develop sales budgets, create forecasts, and approve necessary expenses.
• Address and resolve any customer complaints related to products or services.
• Provide guidance to distributors and dealers on organizational policies and adhering to SOPs.
• Act as the representative of the organization to internal and external stakeholders.
• Utilize data insights to enhance performance and optimize resource distribution.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with key clients.
• Manage and guide the sales team's performance.
• Identify new markets to uncover additional sales opportunities.

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Communication, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant Sales experience, with a proven track record.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
