Job Description:
- Preferably experience working in customer service environment. (Telesales & Recovery background would be considered as well)
- Able to commit on rotational shift hours, with multiple shift working patterns on monthly basis. 9 hours shift (including 1 hour meal break & short breaks). Working hours might change with prior notice.
- Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Liaise with back-end support to solve issues/queries/concerns.
- Preferable candidates which are able start IMMEDIATELY.
- Min requirement SPM & above. (MUST HAVE original certificate or completion letter from institute)
- Position open for MALAYSIA CITIZENS only.
