Are you a skilled fabricator with a passion for bringing creativity to life? Join our team and play a crucial role in crafting awe-inspiring, large-scale LEGO models! As a LEGO Model Steel Structure Fabricator, you’ll be at the heart of model production, designing and assembling precision-engineered steel frameworks that ensure the strength and stability of intricate LEGO creations.


Working closely with LEGO Model Designers and Technical Designers, you’ll integrate steel structures seamlessly into stunning LEGO models, using expert welding, machining, and fabrication techniques. From operating lathe and milling machines to ensuring top-tier quality control and safety compliance, this role offers a hands-on opportunity to push the boundaries of LEGO model engineering.


Qualifications & Experience:
  • Proven experience in steel fabrication, welding or metalworking with proficiency in industry-standard tools
  • Strong understanding of structural principles and custom steel components
  • Ability to integrate steel frameworks into LEGO models and troubleshoot fabrication challenges
  • Familiarity with technical drawings, CAD systems or LEGO model software
  • Basic LEGO building experience
  • Preferred: Large-scale steel fabrication experience
  • Preferred: Vocational qualification in Metal Fabrication (e.g., MARA, SKM)
  • Preferred: Recognised welding certification (e.g., AWS, CIDB, TWI)
  • Skilled in welding, machining, and precision fabrication
  • Attention to detail with a focus on structural integrity and aesthetic quality
  • Strong problem-solving skills for improving fabrication processes
  • Effective collaboration with designers, engineers, and production teams
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance with industry regulations
