Sales Coordinator
1. Familiarize with the products to be sold and the company's operational procedures and regulations.
2. Develop customer markets and promote products using language familiar to the customers.
3. Collect and analyze market information, and plan and execute customer sales strategies.
4. Provide quotations based on customer needs, finalize contracts, and maintain customer relationships to meet service demands.
5. Maintain customer after-sales satisfaction (e.g., handling customer complaints and issues, ensuring customer trust in the company and sales representatives).
6. Provide feedback for the company to use as a reference for improvement.
7. Regularly review performance and results with supervisors, and report progress.
8. Attend domestic or international exhibitions to develop customer relations.
9. Complete tasks assigned by the company and supervisors.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
