Ben K Dental Laboratory is looking for a Dental Lab Support Technician to assist in key stages of the denture-making process, from preparation to finishing. No prior dental experience? No problem! We provide training to help you develop your skills in this specialized field.

Your Role May Include:

(You will be assigned to one of the following tasks based on your skills and company needs.)

  • Denture Preparation – Handling materials and dental molds to get them ready for technicians.
  • Flasking (Fabrication) – Assisting in the processing and formation of dentures.
  • Denture Finishing – Polishing and refining final dentures to meet quality standards.
  • Denture Wax-Up – Shaping and detailing wax patterns for denture creation.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace cleanliness.
  • Follow procedures and quality standards to ensure accuracy in every case.

What We're Looking For:

  • Someone who enjoys hands-on, detail-oriented tasks.
  • A passion for art, crafts, or working with materials is a plus!
  • Strong focus on precision and quality in every step.
  • Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
  • No prior dental experience needed—just a willingness to learn!
