About the Role

The ideal candidate is responsible for developing and implementing a supply strategy that delivers the lowest total cost, reduces inventory, and maximizes customer satisfaction through world class service.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire supply chain processes from order entry until goods delivery and billing
  • Build and lead a high-performing supply chain team
  • Design processes that can achieve cost reduction, improved efficiency, enhanced customer satisfaction, increased flexibility and agility, risk management, and sustainability
  • Manage inventory levels and minimise carrying costs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • With at least 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
  • Knowledge in accounting and understanding of financial statements
  • Background in planning and organising supply chain
  • Exposure to data management
  • Avid problem solver and quick decision-maker
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
