ACCOUNTABILITIES :
- To advice GCOO on business development and operational strategies for the company.
- Develop and implement the company's vision, mission, and long-term strategic goals to stay competitive in the fast-evolving telecommunications industry.
- To provide guidance, support and lead the business division/department to develop companys business.
- Identify opportunities for growth, including market expansion, diversification of services, and technological innovation.
- Lead initiatives to adopt and integrate new technologies and cloud services, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of the industry.
- Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the companys legality and business ethics.
- Overseeing all operations and business activities to ensure achievement of desired results and Company KPI.
- Building and leading an effective and competent management team.
- Ensure a sustainable safety culture within the organization.
- Assessing risks and opportunities to the company while ensuring sufficient businesses secured for the company to achieved targeted revenue, profitability & market coverage.
- Setting strategic goals and directions of the company and making sure they are measurable and describable.
- Answerable to the GCOO on overall company performance and development refer to respective KPIs of each HOD.
- Oversee the companys fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting and auditing.
- Assure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
- Ensure the organizations leadership maintains a constant awareness of both external and internal competitive landscape, opportunities for expansion, customer base, markets, new industry developments and standards.
- Responsible for ensuring that the business operates at a profit and meets its goals.
- Able to know how best to approach new opportunities, including delegating tasks or directing agendas to drive profitability by managing organizational structure.
- Evaluating the work of other executive leaders within the company, including directors, vice presidents, and presidents Ensuring that the company maintains high social responsibility wherever it does business
- Assessing risks to the company and ensuring they are monitored and minimized
- Identifies key internal/external stakeholders necessary for business completion and develops overall strategy for executive of high value projects/program.
- Work with external vendors and internal stakeholders to champion project(s) across the entire organization.
- Partner with clients across the communications industry to deliver innovative and transformative programs, with a particular focus on Consumer and Enterprise Revenue Growth, Network Expansion, Cost Transformation, and applied Digital and/or Cloud technologies including 5G and Edge services.
- Create business outcomes for large Communications Providers and, an innate ability to transform complex concepts into easy-to-understand messaging and materials, and the ability to build and scalable mechanisms for managing our work.

- Bachelor Degree/Master in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field is often a minimum requirement.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant work experience in Telecommunication fields as a senior management role with a proven track record of consistent high-performance, shaping strategies and delivering complex and impactful client engagements in highly visible leadership roles
- Experience in driving digital transformation initiatives, including the adoption of new technologies, digital customer engagement, and process automation.
- A strong understanding of telecommunications technologies, including wireless communications, network infrastructure, and digital services, is crucial.
- Prior experience in driving insights using visualization and analytics tools Risk management philosophies, policy and management practices based on ISO 31000.
- Financial management and wider management principles and techniques.
- Business minded, competitive and profit driven (Profit and Loss (P&L) experience) with related technical knowledge and able to motivate a team towards a common goal.
- Understanding of human resources and personnel management.
- In-depth knowledge of telecommunications regulations in Malaysia, including licensing, spectrum management, and data protection laws.
- Result oriented with organizational capability, professional expertise.
- Exemplifies personal drive and integrity professional action orientation, resilience and able to handle stress.
- Strong management skills and excellent communication skills. Innovative with the ability to look beyond the obvious. Success at driving business forwards quickly and effectively
