  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for someone dynamic to take on logistics & inventory control in our fast growing organization. Ensuring and maintaining inventory accuracy is of paramount importance as we grow. The incumbent should be meticulous, system savvy, have a keen interest in fashion retail and be able to thrive in a fast paced environment. The incumbent will work closely with the 3PL and Retail team, including store visits. He/she will report to Senior Head of Retail based in Malaysia.

Key Duties:

  • Responsible for inventory management with aim of improving the integrity and accuracy of inventory at all times.
  • Ensure that each store performs and completes cycle count every week. Resolve and analyze discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Perform and complete Mid and Year End stock take.
  • Responsible for sending out shipment delivery email to All stores.
  • Responsible for local delivery/pick up scheduling.
  • Review and maintain operating procedures and practices ; ensuring staff are trained in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Liaise with freight forwarders and transporters on shipment related matters, including getting quotation and arranging shipment.
  • Coordinate and manage well with 3PL service provider in ensuring incoming merchandise & non-merchandise proper handling in place.
  • Responsible for keeping accurate records of warehouse inbound and outbound activities.
  • Maintaining defined warehouse KPI’s and operational improvements.
  • Warehouse lease and space management. Organize and negotiate overflow storage facilities as/when required.
  • Check, verify and input invoices related to Logistics.
  • Preparation & submission of month end reports.
  • Support Shipment receiving at flagship store when required.
  • Support ad-hoc tasks or undertake projects as assigned.
  • Opportunity for training in Singapore or Thailand, depending on Store projects.

Essential Requirements

  • Diploma or above
  • Good communication skills with the ability to speak several languages will be an advantage
  • At least 3 years working experience in fashion retail
  • Good PC skills, particularly Excel skills
  • SAP knowledge will be an advantage
  • Strong passion to provide excellent customer service
  • Detailed oriented
  • Good interpersonal, planning and organizational skills to thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Great team player with a keen sense of fashion
