Responsibilities

Seeking an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in regional hiring, payroll management, and fluency in Japanese.

Will oversee human resources operations across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with corporate strategies.

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process across the APAC region including sourcing, interviewing and onboarding.
  • Oversee payroll processing for multiple countries, ensuring timely and accurate payment of salaries.
  • (Actual payroll will be outsourced.)
  • Collaborate with finance teams to reconcile and report payroll.
  • Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures regionally.
  • Serve as a liaison between headquarters and regional offices to ensure smooth HR operations.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in HR management, with a focus on regional hiring and payroll.
  • Relevant experience as HR Manager and liaising with HQ/Regional branches.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proficient Japanese language and English skill will be required to report with Japan HQ, Stakeholders and each branches.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage HR tasks across different time zones(Mainly in Asia)
