Responsibilities
Seeking an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in regional hiring, payroll management, and fluency in Japanese.
Will oversee human resources operations across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with corporate strategies.
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process across the APAC region including sourcing, interviewing and onboarding.
- Oversee payroll processing for multiple countries, ensuring timely and accurate payment of salaries.
- (Actual payroll will be outsourced.)
- Collaborate with finance teams to reconcile and report payroll.
- Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures regionally.
- Serve as a liaison between headquarters and regional offices to ensure smooth HR operations.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in HR management, with a focus on regional hiring and payroll.
- Relevant experience as HR Manager and liaising with HQ/Regional branches.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficient Japanese language and English skill will be required to report with Japan HQ, Stakeholders and each branches.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage HR tasks across different time zones(Mainly in Asia)
