Your responsibilities:
- Perform daily sales reconciliation with high accuracy and on time
- Perform all relevant monthly reconciliations includes banks, cash in hand, and eCommerce reports
- Perform payment processing functions such as preparing banking transactions
- Ensure petty cash transactions are properly recorded and monitored
- Ensure all the accounting records are properly updated and reconciled in the accounting system
- Manage and facilitate communication between the company and external partners
- Other accounting duties as assigned from time to time
You are:
- Accounting or Finance educational background
- Good in Excel (VLookup, Pivot must know)
- Good at communication and business writing
- Dependable & responsible
- Detailed-oriented
