DOO you have what it takes?

What you’ll be working on:

• Perform client screening (Know-Your-Client) process. 执行客户筛选（KYC）流程。
• Perform Introducing Broker (IB) setting related and enquiries. 处理介绍经纪商（IB）设置相关事宜和咨询。
• Perform sales profile maintenance. 进行销售档案维护。
• Process funding-related adjustment and enquiries. 处理资金相关调整和查询。
• Prepare posters and publish notices to clients. 制作海报并发布客户通知。
• Responsible for CRM account setting operations. 负责CRM客户管理系统账户设置操作。
• Respond to issues and enquiries promptly through emails and Microsoft Teams chats etc. 通过电子邮件和Microsoft Teams聊天等方式及时响应问题和咨询。
• Communicate and coordinate issues with various departments, collect feedback, and put forward optimization plans and implement them. 与各部门沟通协调问题，收集反馈，提出并实施优化计划。
• Escalate to team leader upon detection of error and shortcomings in the existing processes. 在发现现有流程中的错误和不足时向团队负责人汇报。
• Excel in daily tasks by keeping up to date on changes to processes/systems/campaigns. 通过了解流程/系统/活动的变化，精通日常任务。
• Embrace DOO core values and embedded them into the day-to-day tasks when serving sales and dealing with stakeholders. 在为销售服务和与利益相关者打交道时，践行DOO的核心价值观并将其融入日常任务中。

What we’re looking for:

• At least Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or any other related majors are preferred. 具备经济学、金融、工商管理或其他相关专业的学士学位，优先考虑。
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in the financial industry’s operation/ back office, securities firms, banks, funds, insurance, futures, or financial consulting companies are preferred. 至少2年金融行业运营/后台工作经验，优先考虑有证券公司、银行、基金、保险、期货或金融咨询公司工作经验者。
• Experience in supporting client’s enquiries and technical problem in the financial services, Forex and Futures industry is an added advantage. 在金融服务、外汇和期货行业中支援客户咨询和解决技术问题的经验将是一个额外的优势。
• Good command in both English and Mandarin is a MUST as need to liaise with CN counterpart. 必须具备良好的中英文读写能力，且口语流利，因为需要与中国同事沟通。
• Willing to work flexibly and shift arrangement, including night shift. 愿意接受轮班制工作，包括夜班。
