Senior HR & Admin (Full Time Permanent Role)

Location: Old Klang Road

Basic Range: RM 4,500 - RM 7K & Above (Open for Salary Negotiable)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tracking employees retention rates, conduct stay and leave interviews to understand employees thoughts to identify areas of improvement.
  • Develop recognition programs to reward employee achievements and contributions.
  • Assist manager to conduct regular salary review and benefits with the market or similar industry
  • Conduct and improvise HR training (syllabus) for new joiners and employees.
  • Facilitate new employees onboarding and orientation; or briefing to employees travelling outstation.
  • Update and maintain employee data and documentation consistently to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in organizing internal events and programs aimed at fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to foster a culture of knowledge-sharing through effective communication and documentation.

Requirements:

Must have:

  • Diploma or higher in a relevant field such as Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
  • Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Malay (spoken & written).
  • Minimum 2 years of Senior level working experience in HR administrative roles.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills, particularly in managing manual input tasks.
  • Good communication skills to interact effectively with all levels of employees and external parties.
  • Availability to work on weekends during peak periods (replacement leave provided).
  • Knowledge of the latest HR trends and practices to identify improvements and maximize the efficiency of HR workflow.
  • Previous experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
  • Importantly have exposure in Employee & Retention

Nice to have:

  • HR-related certifications.
  • Familiarity with HRIS or hands-on experience with HRIS systems.
