Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer experiences over the phone. You will assist restaurant business owners with inquiries, complaints, and provide solutions to their needs, all while upholding our company's values of professionalism and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests. Ensuring that all details are correctly recorded, and timely follow-up is conducted to confirm details.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our product offerings, pricing, and policies to provide informed recommendations to customers.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively, striving for first-call resolution whenever possible.
  • Maintain clear and concise communication with customers, colleagues, and other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, order histories, and case notes in the customer service database.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of proven customer service experience in a call center or similar role.
  • Experience in F&B industry or serving F&B industry in a call center environment (must have)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
