Are you driven to excel in a fast-paced sales environment and passionate about leading a team to success? We are looking for a Sales Team Lead to spearhead our Business Consultants team (who are the deal closers for leads within our inbound & outbound sales pipeline), driving revenue growth and ensuring the alignment of sales strategies with company goals.

What you will do:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate your team of Business Consultants to meet and exceed sales targets, aligning with the broader company objectives.
  • Strategic Analysis: Analyze market blockers and develop strategies to overcome them, providing critical feedback to the leadership and sales management teams.
  • Revenue Responsibility: Carry a portion of the sales team’s overall quota, driving and tracking team performance to ensure monthly targets are met.
  • Sales Training: Equip our Malaysian Business Consultants with the necessary sales skills, process knowledge, and product expertise to excel in their roles.
  • Performance Management: Set KPIs and goals for the team, monitoring and reporting on team performance to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Market Feedback: Gather and communicate specific product and pricing feedback relevant to the Malaysian market, identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Client Engagement: Represent StoreHub in negotiations and closure of deals with large corporate clients, ensuring a professional and consistent company image.

You will need to have/be:

  • Passionate about empowering small businesses
  • At least 4 years of experience in Outbound Sales
  • Proven leadership skills with at least 2 years managing or leading a sales team.
  • Strong people skills, comfortable with presenting and explaining complex products in both English and Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin.
  • Thrives in a dynamic, data-driven sales environment and is adept at managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Enjoy the challenge of working in a fast-paced data-driven sales environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
