· Operational Excellence: Oversee air import operations, manage documentation, and work towards achieving departmental KPIs.

What you’ll succeed:

· Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field, with 1-2 years of experience in freight forwarding preferred; DG certification and forklift license are a plus; advanced English proficiency required.

· Shipment Management: Oversee air import operations, manage documentation, and track shipments using in-house systems (CW1/Sealnet).

· Coordination and Communication: Work with team members, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth transactions and address customer inquiries promptly.

· Financial Oversight: Handle payment requests, manage costing and billing, and ensure timely payments from customers.

· Compliance: Adhere to TGF policies, import procedures, and regulatory requirements, ensuring DP screening for all shipments.

· Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, CW1, Customs Declaration Systems (RA/Sealnet/Cargo Declare), and possess a basic understanding of airfreight and Incoterms.
