The role of a Chief Information Technology Business Analyst Tool Services involves leading a team focused on Fleet Management offering to manage customers’ construction tools efficiently. In the role of the Chief IT you are responsible to develop and lead a large group of distributed IT Business Analysts with their primary focus on SAP
Responsibilities
Chief IT Cohort lead for IT Business Analysts, heads a large group of IT Business Analysts, leading a multi-national team and develop a sustainable organizational setup across different locations. Responsible for a global team including hiring and developing team members. Responsible to drive significant impact created from a structured application of planning, realization and controlling skills to guide your team towards defined targets. Closely collaborate across the organization and external partners on large scaled strategic program assignments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience within a global SAP environment with hands-on IT experience within SAP S/4 Sales & Distribution
- 5 years hands on experience in leading multi-national teams across different locations with proven record
- Excellent Interpersonal skills and ability to connect with people and global partners to build bonds, inspire, influence, and accomplish goals
- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement through leadership and execution.
- Proven business acumen and customer driven focus providing value-added solutions

A strong ability to acquire and apply new technical expertise quickly on assigned responsibilities. You should be using advanced tools and methods for gathering of facts including analytical methods to develop solutions scenarios. In addition, you can prepare decisions and actions based on deep understanding of our Business Model, specific product area and corresponding IT strategy & guidelines. A Team player who enjoys working with partners, colleagues, and teams on tough problems.
