Job scopes:

  • Independently initiating new projects by defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables. This includes gathering requirements, engaging with stakeholders and developing project plans.
  • Communicating with key stakeholders (internal/external), including sales team, finance, other departments & external vendors, to manage expectations and address any issues or changes.
  • Establish SOP, identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in project delivery.
  • Ensuring project initiation and planning adhere to organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements to establish a strong foundation for execution.
  • Building and maintaining strategic partnerships with overseas clients to enhance collaboration and ensure the successful execution of the projects.
  • Overseeing the project operations team to ensure that orders, inquiries, and submissions to government authorities are delivered on time.
  • Effectively communicating with sales teams to ensure alignment on project objectives, address any concerns, and provide timely updates to support successful sales.
  • Responsible for producing progress reports and updating information during management meetings.
  • Work with marketing to create campaigns and digital ads for lead generation within budget, and work with IT and UX teams to enhance and develop user-friendly systems.

Your Merits:

  • Minimum 10 years of working experience with minimum 3 years managing a team > 5 staffs
  • Graduate Degree in any field (preferably in Business Administration or Marketing)
  • Experience in manpower services, especially foreign worker, will be added advantage
  • Attention to detail, self-starting and a keen problem solver
  • Comfortable with MS suite (i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
