  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

How you'll add value

We are seeking a versatile and adaptive AI Lead to spearhead our AI projects and technologies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in artificial intelligence, with the ability to pivot between different tasks and projects as needed. This role requires a hands-on leader who can both strategize and implement AI solutions while working closely with a small, agile team.

  • Leadership & Strategy: Define and drive the AI strategy in alignment with business goals. Lead AI initiatives from concept through deployment, ensuring high-quality outcomes and innovative solutions.
  • Project Management: Oversee AI projects, including planning, execution, and delivery. Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables while ensuring that projects meet client needs and expectations.
  • Technical Expertise: Design and develop AI models and algorithms, including machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing. Stay current with emerging AI technologies and methodologies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, data scientists, and project managers, to integrate AI solutions into broader software projects.
  • Adaptability: Handle a variety of tasks and projects, demonstrating flexibility and creativity in applying AI technologies to solve diverse challenges.
  • Problem-Solving: Address complex technical issues and devise effective solutions. Troubleshoot and optimize AI models and systems for performance and accuracy.

Who we want

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in artificial intelligence and machine learning, with a strong track record of leading AI projects.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AI technologies and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or Java is essential.
  • Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to pivot between different tasks and projects, adapting to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Project Management: Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
