Responsibilities:

Run Operation Work for Campaigns

- Execute and manage daily operational tasks for campaign projects.

- Ensure timely and accurate implementation of campaign strategies.

- Key tasks include: Maintaining slot booking and coordinate with campaign team members, scheduling and uploading all homepage assets, creation of product pool for homepage activation.

Support Campaign Team Functions

- Assist various team members from Onsite, PMO Office and Graphic with their specific campaign tasks including preparing campaign tracker, page monitoring, data extractions, submission of campaign requests to different stakeholders.

Requirements

Attention to Detail:

- Maintain a high level of accuracy in all aspects of campaign execution especially in scheduling and executing campaign assets.

- Review and verify all campaign materials and outputs for correctness to ensure no errors.

Patience:

- Handle tasks with a calm and steady approach.

- Manage time effectively to meet deadlines without compromising quality.

Keen Observation:

- Monitor campaign performance and spot potential issues early such as errors on campaign banners or scheduling dates/time

- Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement in terms of campaign operations.

- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.

- Maintain productivity under pressure especially during peak campaign period.

Monitor and Generate Simple Reports:
