  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Our client, a well-established and highly successful global financial institution, is undergoing rapid expansion. To support its ambitious growth trajectory, there is a unique opportunity for a Senior HR Business Partner to join its dynamic Human Resources team, based in Kuala Lumpur.


Responsibilities

As a key strategic HR advisor to business leaders, you will work in close partnership with regional HR COE colleagues to shape and implement HR strategies that drive both divisional and business objectives. With significant headcount growth and enhanced capabilities on the horizon, this hands-on role blends strategic insight with operational execution. You will lead the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, development, performance management, and employee engagement, ensuring that the business attracts, retains, and nurtures top talent while fostering a culture of high performance and engagement.


Requirements

You are degree-qualified with over 10 years of experience as a strategic HR Generalist or HR Business Partner in major financial institutions or MNCs. You have a solid background in managing technical and operational support workforces, and you can seamlessly switch between strategic planning and hands-on operational tasks. You are familiar with the regulatory requirements for financial institutions. You possess strong communication skills and are adept at engaging senior stakeholders. You are commercial and adopt a proactive and hands-on approach that drives success and supports organizational goals.
