  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job purpose:

  • To manage/assist in the management of business application systems from a project and operations (BAU) perspective for ARSB.
  • Collaborate effectively across ARSB with solid grasp of business operations and processes.
  • Leverage on business application system to improve business performance.

Job roles:

  • Provide support for ARSB’s core Traffic & Billing application system (RTS).
  • Accountable & be responsible for tasks assigned in small scale business application projects/initiatives which arise from user requirements.
  • Interpret business requirements into functional/technical specifications (when necessary).
  • Liaise with various department end users on change requests and support issues. These include access rights and workflow management of the Radio Traffic & Billing system.
  • Ensures the correct usage of business application systems by performing/assisting in QA on processes managed through business application systems.
  • Adheres to any SLA for support and conducts user trainings wherever applicable.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Systems, or Engineering with an aptitude for business knowledge.
  • Good MS Office skills (Excel a must, familiar with Word & Power point)
  • Sound analytical skills and have logical & structured thinking (ability to understand business and apply technology knowledge to help business)
  • Good communication & stakeholder management skill.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
