• PO placement and follow up
• Place Purchasing Order to HBF Allied companies for HBF VN/HBF TH/HBF MY/ HBF PH etc. based on PR from Demand Planner and CS team.
• Ensuring timely follow up PO status include order confirmation, Shipping schedule, shipping documents etc
• Ensuring on-time delivery and update PO status to PR requester.
• Creating purchasing order in system with correct information, i.e., avoid wrong price to lead wrong cost.
• Update PO status in the PO tracking file correctly and timely.
• Work with warehouse/CS team to solve complaint.

Checking with regulation team and local logistics team before ordering new product to each country. Ensure new product importing meet regulation requirements such as but not limited to import license, DG Dangerous Goods license, PCL (permitted chemical list)... Take care of sales inquiries/requests on TP(Transfer Price), inventory checking, lead time, documents (SDS/TDS) etc. Initiate new FGT item code set up in each entity. Support process improvement and necessary report request.
