Job Purpose:

Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, assist in candidate management, and learn recruitment practices for top headhunters in Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Admin Tasks: Manage emails, calendars, and digital files. Prepare and process documents.
  • Candidate Management: Assist in sourcing, organizing interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
  • Recruitment Support: Draft and post job ads, assist in screening, and handle candidate communications.
  • Client Coordination: Support in preparing client proposals, and manage client communication.
  • Reporting: Maintain reports on recruitment progress and update databases.
  • Learning: Participate in recruitment training and development.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Admin experience (preferably with AIESEC involvement).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace.
  • Eagerness to learn recruitment and headhunting.
  • Ability to work remotely and independently.


Work Environment:

  • Fully remote, flexible working hours.
