To promote usage and sales of ethical drugs and other pharmaceutical products to designated customers in order to achieve territory planned objectives for Galderma business, in accordance with company and procedures and under supervision of the Business Unit Head.
Responsibilities :
Responsible for the sales target in the assigned territory for consumer business
Responsible for effective promotions, planning, proposals, and execution include tracking, monitoring and spend within budget allocated by the company.
Execute territory management and ensure adequate coverage of assigned area
Secure new customers and develop territory business plans to grow Galderma market share of customers' business to drive territory sales growth.
Service current/existing customers and explore new accounts to build up customer base in the assigned territory
Plan, schedule, and make calls to designated customers to sell new and existing drugs/products, inform doctors/pharmacists of the correct usage of the products, and sampling.
Works closely as a team and ensure all Sales Force Effectiveness KPI are met
Handling customers inquires and follow up pertaining to our products
Implementing and executing the marketing action plans to contribute to achievement of agreed territory sales objectives and targets and consistently exploring new opportunities
Adherence to Galderma Code of ethics and HCP Compliance standards and ensure that all activities are align with HCP compliance.
Attend trade shows, congresses, and medical symposiums and meeting.
Maintain customer data, calls and other sales data with ongoing updates in the computer database.
Requirement :
Minimum Diploma or Degree holder in any major
At least 4- 6 years of sales / account management experience in FMCG industry.
- Experience in managing local pharmacy chain account
