  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage Information Technology Projects: Oversee both internal and external IT projects within the company. Develop and manage project plans to ensure that objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations are met accurately.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams, including product managers, development and testing engineers, designers, and other key stakeholders, to ensure the seamless execution of projects.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with project stakeholders to ensure project requirements and expectations are met.
  • Monitor Project Progress: Track project progress, promptly identify and address issues and risks that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Manage Change Requests: Oversee project change requests, ensuring they are properly evaluated and handled.
  • Documentation: Ensure accuracy of all project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and reports.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously Enhancing project management processes and tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or any related discipline
  • 5-9 years of relevant working experience in IT project management, with proven capability in leading complex projects.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, xtore essential for the role
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software such as Microsoft Project and JIRA etc.
  • Experience within F&B, retail or e-commerce would be advantageous
  • Experience in managing CRM systems
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications highly advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin to facilitate business discussions
