Job Description
Craft marketing plans for flight products, leveraging insights into growth drivers and key success factors to drive achievement of flight business objectives.
Collaborate with the country marketing lead to formulate strategic approaches for flight services, contributing valuable insights and perspectives.
Take full ownership of marketing budget oversight, demonstrating independence in financial management and keenness in identifying avenues for potential reinvestment.
Possess an extensive understanding of the flight product landscape and market dynamics, complemented by a foundational grasp of cross function operations to assess the viability and impact of initiatives effectively.
Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape within the flight industry, enabling strategic response planning and proactive adjustment of marketing strategies.
Lead the flight product marketing team, ensuring alignment with overarching goals and objectives.
Requirements
BSc/BA in Marketing, Business, Engineering or related field Passion in data-driven marketing and creating growth
Have at least 4 years experiences in e-commerce, online marketing, retail/ investment banking, management consultancy and 1 year experience in managing team
Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with good attention to details
Good communication skill for English (either Chinese or Bahasa)
Good analytical and problem-solving skills. High-level proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data analytics is a plus.
A quick learner to absorb new knowledge in the dynamic and complex industry.
Possess a strong drive to make things happen, i.e. strong drive to execute.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well in an international team environment
