Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated Social Media/Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management: Manage and maintain Kidocode’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
Content Creation: Develop and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, videos) to increase our online presence.
Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including email marketing and online promotions.
Analytics: Monitor social media metrics and provide reports on performance, making recommendations for improvement.
Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and reviews promptly and professionally.
Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals.
Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform our social media strategy.

Qualifications:

Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, Business, Psychology or any related field.
Experience: Preferably 1-2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Skills: Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), and excellent communication skills.
