Our Tech Assist team deliver and support technology solutions for all businesses in our Kuala Lumpur office. As a member of Tech Assist you will be the face of IT to our businesses for all technology services and platforms.

What role will you play?

You will own technology problems and requests, working with offshore teams and vendors where required to deliver positive outcomes for the business. You will also take ownership of the local Kuala Lumpur environment by forging trusted relationships with the business, being the face of technology across your environment, whilst updating and escalating via offshore channels.

What You Offer

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience supporting Microsoft technologies (Windows 10, Office 365) and the ability to support and troubleshoot issues
  • Understanding of Network connectivity and Data Centre Technologies
  • Ideally possess an understanding of IT governance, control and technology risk
  • Previous experience working in a financial institution would be beneficial, but not essential.
