Inside our hotel are 290 rooms with all mod-con – and the rest of the hotel boasts fabulous facilities too. Keep up with your workout in our gymnasium, or take extra care and visit our health and wellness centre. If swimming’s more your style, try our rooftop sky pool, complete with wading pool and Jacuzzi – not to mention breathtaking views! Kids too can enjoy our children club room, while our cozy café provides all-day dining. For special occasions, we have 3 functions rooms for hire.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily audits of revenue and credit transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
  • Verify and reconcile guest folios, invoices, and billing statements.
  • Monitor credit limits and outstanding balances, and communicate with guests and internal departments to resolve any billing discrepancies.
  • Assist with month-end closing procedures and prepare financial reports related to income and credit activities.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate recording and reporting of financial transactions.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of hotel systems and software related to income auditing and credit management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in income auditing, credit control, or a related financial role within the hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of relevant accounting principles and procedures is an asset.
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry
