Role Description
This is a full-time Customer Support Officer role based in Shah Alam with flexibility of WFH. The Customer Support Officer will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, overseeing customer service operations and training.
Responsibility
Support
1. Provide customer support via phone call, WhatsApp & email.
2. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally.
3. Assist customers with troubleshooting and technical support.
4. Escalating issues to the technical team for permanent resolution.
Technical
1. Do system testing if needed: Change Request / system issues.
2. Documentation and report for Tech team reference.
Training
1. External – Do training for new client or new features for system.
2. Internal – Training for new staff on internal system.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in the IT, transportation / logistic industry.
- Strong verbal, written communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and patience.
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Able to work flexible hours, including night shift, Public Holidays and weekends.
- Familiar with Exotel system or other call center system is an added advantage.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Preferably can start immediately.
- Require work travel if necessary.
Work Location: UOA Business Park, Shah Alam
Work Hours: Shift Basis 8 hours/day (1 hour break), 1 off day per week
Hybrid Mode: Mon-Thu (Office), Fri-Sun (WFH)
Salary Range: RM 2,000 - RM3,000
