Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support / IT Support Engineer at Optimum InfoSolutions (M) Sdn Bhd in Petaling Jaya. The role involves providing customer support, resolving IT issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and utilizing analytical and communication skills to address technical issues and inquiries.

Qualifications

  • Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support skills

Basic knowledge of SQL/ Phyton / web languages (HTML coding, APIs) / Microsoft BI / Google Script / any scripting language is required.

  • -Knowledge of using Zoho is required.
