Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Import Customer Service position located in Klang. The role will involve handling customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, and delivering excellent customer service on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills
- Phone Etiquette and Customer Experience
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
- Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial
