As a Senior Statutory Analyst (OHADA) you will be the focal point for external auditors in Baker Hughes.
- You will responsible for US GAAP deliverables to Consolidations team and Product Company Controllers working along with Global Finance functions.
- Finalizing financial statements by working closely with Functional team, Business, Tax, Legal and Operations.
- Providing the financial statements and audit pack to auditors in compliance to the local statutory requirements.
- Performing analytical reviews, variance Analysis for S2G Walk .
- Managing reporting deliverables to Consolidation & Reporting with quality and punctuality in accordance with US GAAP reporting.
- Experiencing in SSA Financial, Statutory, IDT and DT Reporting Requirement. Knowledge in OHADA is needed (Critical for this role)
To Be Successful In This Role You Will
- Have Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/ etc).
- Have minimum 3 to 5 years working experience in external audit or accounting field.
- Possess good knowledge and understanding of Statutory and IFRS/US GAAP/OHADA Accounting.
- Have good analytical and inter-personal skills.
- Fluent in English & French with good oral and written communication skills.
- Have knowledge or experience in SAP, Hyperion Oracle and performing quick analysis on SAP cross functional analysis.
