SCOPE AND GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To manage the company’s advertising budget in a planned manner to enhance the company’s image and that of its products.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and execute the Marketing Calendar and day to day in-house production activities and deadlines.
  • Manage and ensure optimization of marketing budget.
  • Work with the different business units to ensure A&P thematic promotions are understood and content from business units are as per briefed, to ensure promotion effectiveness.
  • Develop and manage all aspects of the digital marketing including content and display advertising campaigns.
  • Work with the team to plan and manage engaging digital content to drive the business and create a distinctive difference for the brand.
  • Manage the various social media platforms.
  • Manage creative and performance digital agencies and ensure all digital campaigns are closely monitored and optimised.
  • Provide accurate reports on the marketing campaign’s overall performance. Appraise important metrics that affect campaign’s performance and ensure improvement in subsequent campaigns.
  • Manage and execute effective outdoor advertising, ensure licensing are done and advertising executed on time.
  • Negotiate with media owners, manage and execute tv advertising.
  • Work closely with strategic and promotion partners to map out effective promotions to drive business and monitor and report post campaign results.
