Sales Strategy & Execution:- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, from lead generation to closing deals, in both residential and commercial markets.
- Understand client requirements and recommend the best solutions (e.g., wallpaper, outdoor decking, wainscoting, wall panel, carpet tile, vinyl, laminate, etc).
- Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Customer Relationship Management:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, interior designers, architects, and end customers.
- Manage client accounts and ensure post-sale follow-up for customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Market & Product Knowledge:- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, new trends, materials, and technological advancements in flooring.
- Understand the competitive landscape and provide insights to the marketing and product teams.
Sales Administration:- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for the management team.
- Handle sales inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order processing.
Collaboration:- Work closely with the operations, customer service, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Target Achievement:- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
- Track and report sales performance against key metrics.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of home decoration products and solutions by building relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering the right solutions. This includes managing customer inquiries, building and nurturing leads, and converting them into sales. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, knowledge of home decor materials, and the ability to work in a dynamic, client-focused environment. Willing to work long hours & occasional weekends.
