Responsibilities:

Plan and implement warehouse layout and storage strategies to maximize space utilization.
Oversee receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
Implement and maintain quality control procedures to prevent product damage and loss.
Manage warehouse personnel, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
Supply Chain Management:
Coordinate with purchasing and production departments to ensure timely receipt and delivery of products.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the cosmetics or related industry.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Proficient in warehouse management software and systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
Experience in inventory control and management.
Detail-oriented and accuracy-focused.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Leadership and team management skills.
Adaptability to change and a willingness to learn.
Certifications in supply chain management or logistics can be beneficial.
Experience in the cosmetics industry can be a significant advantage.
Familiarity with warehouse management technologies like RF scanning and automated storage and retrieval systems is helpful.
