  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Liguistics or a related field
  2. Good communication skills and a problem-solving approach
  3. Positive, empathetic, and professional attitude
  4. Willingness to work in rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  5. Proficiency in spoken and written English
  6. Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin is a must
  7. Proficiency in other language except English & Mandarin is a plus
  8. Experience working with customer service or support is a plus
