- Resolve customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions by working across teams to find the best solutions for our customers.
- Educate customers on our client's campaigns mechanism, communicate complex concepts to a diverse audience clearly, and encourage them via live chat to participate.
- Process customer applications and KYC documentation according to relevant regulations and policies.
- Daily clear enquiries log to ensure no complaints received from the customers.
- Attend to customers via live chat, no cold calling or phone call required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Liguistics or a related field
- Good communication skills and a problem-solving approach
- Positive, empathetic, and professional attitude
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin is a must
- Proficiency in other language except English & Mandarin is a plus
- Experience working with customer service or support is a plus
