  • Handle customers’ inquiries and sales, including walk-ins.
  • Support sales and marketing efforts by assisting in social media posting or event as needed.
  • Issue Delivery Orders (DO) and Cash Receipts for customers or transporters
  • Generate and send Invoices/Cash Sales to customers, maintaining accurate records.
  • Follow up on customer payments and maintain payment records
  • Prepare weekly Customer Due Reports and Statements or as needed
  • Manage ad-hoc administrative tasks including license renewals, vendor coordination, and office supplies procurement.
  • Conduct stock checks and maintain inventory records.
  • Verify stock reports and assist in audits
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Attentive to details.
  • Positive attitude and responsible character.
  • Pleasant personality with focus on excellence in customer service.
  • Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties.
  • Prior working experience will be an added advantage. Certificates/Diploma in any field.
  • Mandarin speaking is a plus.
  • Possess own transport.
