- Handle customers’ inquiries and sales, including walk-ins.
- Support sales and marketing efforts by assisting in social media posting or event as needed.
- Issue Delivery Orders (DO) and Cash Receipts for customers or transporters
- Generate and send Invoices/Cash Sales to customers, maintaining accurate records.
- Follow up on customer payments and maintain payment records
- Prepare weekly Customer Due Reports and Statements or as needed
- Manage ad-hoc administrative tasks including license renewals, vendor coordination, and office supplies procurement.
- Conduct stock checks and maintain inventory records.
- Verify stock reports and assist in audits
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Attentive to details.
- Positive attitude and responsible character.
- Pleasant personality with focus on excellence in customer service.
- Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties.
- Prior working experience will be an added advantage. Certificates/Diploma in any field.
- Mandarin speaking is a plus.
- Possess own transport.
