Customer Support:
- Handle inquiries from Korean-speaking stakeholders and personnel and Malaysian based personnel via phone, email, and chat.
- Coordinate with the technical team to resolve customer issues.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups and problem resolution.
Administrative Tasks:
- Manage office tasks like scheduling, filing, and report preparation.
- Assist in organizing meetings and maintaining client documentation.
- Support sales and technical teams with paperwork and data entry.
Translation & Communication:
- Translate documents and emails between Korean and English.
- Act as a translator for meetings or calls with Korean-speaking stakeholders.
Data Management:
- Maintain and update client databases.
- Prepare customer service reports and track client feedback.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM6,000.00 per month
