AMOREPACIFIC MALAYSIA is looking for a strategic thinking Marketing Manager for one of our exciting brands.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns, in line with the brand direction. You will play a crucial role in driving customer engagement & recruitment, laser focus on the growth of engine products, and increasing brand love & awareness.

BRANDING :

  • Develop and execute Brand Marketing Strategy that aligns with the brand’s growth objectives and overall direction.
  • Enhance brand affinity and visibility through digital marketing and advertising, social media, and PR to increase the brand’s market presence.
  • Create and implement 360 marketing plans for all activations, including new product launches, events, workshops, and in-store promotions.
  • Oversee and execute successful marketing campaigns, managing each stage from concept through to implementation.
  • Manage and track brand’s A&P budget, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Manage the brand's website in collaboration with other team members and support the creation of e-commerce marketing materials.
  • Stay abreast of the market trends and apply innovative strategies to keep the brand competitive.

TRADE MARKETING :

  • Develop “Push Strategies” and lead the marketing team in promotions, customer events and marketing activities.
  • Building strong relationships with retailers to implement in-store activities, secure ideal promotion exposure, dates and other collaborations.
  • Forecast and manage the planning, ordering and allocation of GWPs, samples, and develop Premiums for marketing and promotion.
  • Work closely with Retail teams (Sales and Training) to ensure successful execution of the trade activities.

CUSTOMER FOCUS – CRM :

  • Analyze and understand customers’ demand and trend for customer engagement.
  • Enhance CRM program inclusive of loyalty program, improve communication strategies, support customer decision-making, convert interested prospects into loyal customers, re-engage lapsed customers, and retain existing customers.
  • Continue to build and expand the number of active customers through various touchpoints and engagement initiatives

To be successful in this role, you would need to have:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a managerial role in a related field is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, or Management.
  • Current knowledge of the retail industry or a similar capacity, especially in the beauty industry or FMCG.
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, along with knowledge of the SAP system, can be an advantage.
  • Good rapport with media, retailers, and malls.
  • Able to demonstrate strong analytical skills.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Understanding P&L management is beneficial.
