- Handle full sets of accounts.
- Manage payment processing on timely basis based on company's procedures for a portfolio of clients.
- Prepare reconciliations of accounts including bank, fixed assets, debtors, suppliers, etc. with maintaining a relevant schedule.
- Prepare management accounts (incl. PL, BS, Trial Balance, Cash flow) for a portfolio of clients on monthly basis.
- Liaise with clients, auditors, bankers, vendors, etc.
- Maintain proper record keeping and/or filing of documents as per SOP of the company.
- Ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
- At least 1-2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- 5 Working days: Mon - Fri (10.30am - 6.30pm)
