Job Description • Manage enormous amounts of incoming calls and customer inquiries. • Generate sales leads and manage relationships with clients in China, Taiwan & Thailand • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools. • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents. • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies from our HQ in China • Take the extra mile to engage customers. • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to enhance the customer journey. • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to assist customers effectively. Education and Experience • Bachelor's degree in Customer Service Management or a related field. • Proven experience in courier network planning, logistics, or a similar role. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent knowledge of transportation management systems and route optimization software. • Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards. • Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is essential for effective customer communication.
