Job Purpose:

Achieve the Territory Sales by meeting customers- Doctors & Pharmacies & promoting the products as per the type & specialty of the customer.

Key Accountabilities

Achieve the Sales objectives of the organization by effectively managing the customers.

  • Identify the customer-brand matrix by doing appropriate profiling of the customers, placing the right product for the right customer.
  • Promote the product with the tools given by the company to generate demand.
  • Drive the business of focus and legacy brands.

Effective planning for the sales achievement.

  • Maintain the customer database.
  • Monitor the Product return, stock, and Expiry at the different stakeholders in the territory.
  • Ensure the Product Availability at all places within the territory.

Maintain the Basic Working standards for daily operations-

  • Maintain the Call Average & Visit frequency of Doctors and Pharmacies as per the company standard.
  • Update the customer list on a regular basis.
  • Update the calls on the company’s reporting platform.

Develop a knowledge-based relationship with customers-

  • Identify the scientific needs of customers.
  • Conduct scientific activities like CMEs & RTDs with Doctors & Pharmacies
  • Utilize company’s digital resources for conducting activities.
  • Ensure compliance in conducting any activities.

Key Interactions

Internal

  • Regulatory team for new product filings
  • SCM team to ensure supply of products as required (regular)
  • Finance team to validate business cases
  • Marketing/ Medical/ SFE Team to device and get marketing support

External

  • Distributor management
  • KOL management
  • Manage relations with Key drug stores and pharmacies
  • Connects with MOH, KMCA, Kimadia

Skills & Knowledge

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Sales & Business Development within pharma industry.
  • Strong experience in managing distributor relationships, developing marketing plans and generating local leads.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environment.
