Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team, stationed in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key client accounts, fostering strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic account management. This role requires a blend of sales acumen, project management skills, and exceptional communication abilities to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnership success. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Bahasa Melayu, English, and Mandarin, with a strong ability to coordinate with diverse teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Coding Collective’s services, contributing to the company’s revenue growth.
- Project Coordination: Oversee the successful delivery of projects by coordinating with internal teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the client’s satisfaction.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or concerns that clients may have, ensuring minimal disruption to the client relationship.
- Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, including metrics such as client satisfaction, project milestones, and revenue generation.
- Contract Negotiation: Assist in negotiating contracts and renewals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to provide strategic advice to clients and keep Coding Collective competitive.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role, preferably within the IT or outsourcing industry.
- Fluency in Bahasa Melayu, English, and Mandarin is essential.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Familiarity with CRM software and project management tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
