Account Clerk (Account Payables)
Perform accounting and clerical functions support to the accounting department.
- Performing data entry purchase invoice into accounting system
- Checking purchase invoice with purchase order
- Checking supplier Statement
- Issuance payment to supplier
- Assisting in e-invoice self-billing transactions
- Assist in monthly and annual closing activities
- Document filling and scanning
Qualifications & Requirements:
· Diploma in Account with book keeping knowledge
· MUST have 1 year relevant experience
· Able to work independently with minimum supervision
· Able to work as a team, wiling to learn
· Responsible and passionate on work
· Possess good work ethics and attitude
Software skills: Microsoft Excel, AutoCount
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
